IMC Armory

An IMC Armory near Cenote Cave.

IMC Armories were large structures found on Storm Point which pitted players against Spectres for the reward of loot. They were added to the map in Season 13 and demolished in Season 19.

Function

• There were four IMC Armories on Storm Point: one north of Cenote Cave, one east of Thunder Watch, one beneath The Wall, and one between Gale Station and Fish Farms.
• The armory is a single room with one ramp to get in or out. There are several Weapon Racks accessible and a terminal.
• Interacting with the terminal locks the armory, closing its doors for 60 seconds, and spawns a continuous stream of Spectres.
  • Spectres will drop boxes of Ammo when killed.
• At the end of the 60 seconds:
  • Spectres will stop spawning.
  • Several Smart Supply Bins will appear. These will contain items tailored to be useful to the player who opened them. Loot quality is increased with every Spectre killed.
  • The armory's doors reopen, and the ramp is extended back down to the ground.
  • The roof opens and a Skydive Launcher appears beneath the opening, allowing players to launch themselves out and redeploy.
• Though this feature has been removed, the structures are still present on Storm Point, and contain Weapon Racks and normal Supply Bins.
