The twenty-sixth season of Apex Legends, titled Showdown, began on August 5, 2025 and ended on November 4, 2025.
New Content
- A new Permanent Mode: Wildcard
- Introduction of Elite weapons
- These are modified versions of standard weapons from Ballistics Private Collection, temporarily replacing their base weapon.
- The first being the RE-45 Burst, an energy-based automatic burst pistol.
