Brighter Horizons was a quest during Season 20.

Treasure Pack Rewards

Players can find Treasure Packs in-game, once per day (players can also purchase all the available Treasure Packs for 25).

Treasure Pack rewards vary, and include Weapon Charms, 2, 15 and Apex Packs.

All of the rewards needed a total of 45 Treasure Packs to unlock.

There are 5 Transitions can be earned as the story progresses.

After all the Treasure Packs were collected, the player got three rewards: the Savage Hound Prowler Burst PDW Skin, an Apex Pack, and 10.

Chapter 1

Transcript

• Newton: (spaceship sounds) "Hahaha."
• "Hahaha, ready to pilot us all the way to bedtime, Cap'n Somers?"
• Newton: "Bedtime...?! No, not yet!"
• "Hmm... Perhaps we can do the preflight checklist first, Captain?"
• Newton: "Yes please!"
• "Ah, well, I suppose we can do that. Have ya brushed yer wee teeth?"
• Newton: "Yup! See!"
• "Oh my, very sparkly!"
• "Do you have all your equipment?"
• Newton: "Check!"
• "And d'ya have enough hugs for the trip?"
• Newton: "Mmmm, no! More please."
• "Aww, hahaha. Aw, ere we super-duper tired, m'boy?"
• Newton: (yawns) "Nope! ...You have the coolest job, Mum."
• "Aye, ma wee one, I do. Any last requests, Cap'n?"
• "A hot chocolate, perhaps?"
• "Oh he's just brushed his-- Don't listen to her, Newtie. Aunty Ash is being devilish again!"
• Newton: "Hehe... Hmm... I waaaant... Oh! Can you sing me a song?"
• "Well, highly unorthodox, Cap'n, but... I think I can arrange that. Alright, settle down now."
• (singing) "Dreams to sell, fine dreams to sell, Angus is here with dreams to sell. Hush now wee baby--"

Alarms blare in the background.

• "Agh wha-- We launch in 13 bloody hours, dears. Honestly, what are they teaching in PhD programs these days?"
• Newton: "It's okay, Mum. Go make the ship safe... so you can come home."
• "Oh Newton--"
• Newton: "We can sing the song together when you get back. 'The kingdom needs a hero', remember?"
• "Aye, and a hero needs something to come back to, my boy."
• Newton: (hums)

Chapter 2

Transcript

• "Silva... Where are you..."

A distant vehicle can be heard on a nearby street. Octane crashes through the door and slides down the aisle on a motorcycle.

• "Whew! Sorry, sorry. Took FOREVER to set up the ramp and fireballs for my big entrance!"

Octane dismounts the motorcycle, walks to the podium, and taps on the microphone."

• "Okay..." (clears throat)
• "Duardo Silva was a loving father... HA! Oh, I'm sorry..."
• "Hm... And a devoted husband. HA!"
• "Heh, trust me, wives one through five didn't write this speech."
• (sighs) "You know what's crazy?"
• "He wasn't loving or devoted, but he was my pops."
• "I'm supposed to be sad..."
• "But instead I feel... light?"
• "Like, if I hit a jump pad, I'd just float away... like, in a good way."
• "Is that bad? Um..."
• "Sorry... Um..." (clears throat)
• "Come, my friend..."
• "Oh, I'm done? Cool-cool-cool."
• "Aw, damn. Should've streamed my entrance. Should I... do it again?"
• "I would say no."

Chapter 3

Transcript

• Lisa Stone: "Welcome back. We're joined in-studio by Revenant, the Apex Games' most controversial Legend."
• Lisa Stone: "Now, Revenant, care to explain where your new shell came from?"
• "..."
• Lisa Stone: "Okay. Well tell us this, is it true you switched bodies to avoid repercussions for the heinous murders you've committed, including the slaying of James McCormick on this very show?"
• "..."
• Lisa Stone: "You know, most of us don't understand, so perhaps you could enlighten us, how is it that you're still part of the Apex Games?"
• "..."
• Lisa Stone: "Is it true you have a secret army at your disposal?"
• Lisa Stone: "Are you even in control of--"

Revenant's true body appears and stabs the seated shell in a mockery of Forge's assassination.

• Lisa Stone: "Are you kidding me?"
• "I'm sorry. I... checked out. Sooo... You were saying?"

The broadcast is cut.

Chapter 4

Sounds of combat and the AI announcer in the distance.

• "Ok, no, no. It cannae be."
• "Mary, calm yourself. It might not be a loop. But if it is, well... unless it's a different loop--"
• "Hey doctor, nice blueprint. You designed one of Duardo's things?"
• "Nay. But... aye."
• "The plaque says Duardo's relic was unearthed decades ago... on the other side of the bloody galaxy, no less."
• "The thing is, Rowenna dear... I dreamt it up a week ago."
• "This. Exact. Thing."
• "Which can only mean..."
• "Gasp! It works."
• "What works?"
• "Time travel, darlin'. Bloody time travel."
• "Talaga?? Does that mean you will be reunited with your son soon?"
• "I don't know. Just using it could create a temporal paradox. No... no, those aren't good."
• "You wouldn't let anything bad happen... and if it's for family, isn't any risk worth it?"
• "Aye. Ah, yeh've got a good heart, pet."
• "Now, I could build it, but some parts are, shall we say, a wee bit totally hypothetical..."
• "Why not enter that contest the Syndicate is putting on?"
• "Top prize is a trophy and the winner gets to choose one thing from Duardo Silva's private collection."
• "Ach, really!? Well... Hardly the only timely coincidence today, though, is it?"
• "Alright then, I'll win it."
• "For Newton."

• "You pulled out all the stops Horizon, but not enough to stop the Oc-train! Hahaha!"
• "Aye, I s'pose so, dearie..."
• "Yo. Saw you eyeballin' this at the museum. It's all yours, amiga."
• Octane hands Horizon the Time Gauntlet.
• "Octavio! You won, so you get to keep one of your dad's relics..."
• "I am one of his relics."
• "Besides, s'nice to see it go from a deadbeat dad to a good mama."
• "Oh, Octavio, you're a good boy. Nay. Man."
• "Ah... you say that, but... I'm keepin' the trophy. Shiny... hahaha."
