The Havoc Rifle, or Havoc, is a fully-automatic assault rifle that utilizes Energy Ammo.
Every time the fire button is pressed, there is a spin-up delay before the weapon starts shooting. The spin-up delay can be removed by equipping a Turbocharger Hop-Up.

Pros And Cons
Pros
- Largest magazine capacity of all Assault Rifles at 26 rounds by default
- Same damage numbers as the Flatline.
- Similar iron sights to the Wingman and RE-45 Auto.
- Fastest TTK in the Assault Rifle category.
Cons
- Moderate fire-rate and a spin-up delay.
- Turbocharger Hop-Up is required to remove spin-up delay.
- Noticeably higher recoil than the Flatline.
- Unable to accept barrel mods.
- Uses a more uncommon ammo type, Energy Ammo, unlike the Flatline and Hemlok (which share Heavy Ammo), and the R-301 (which shares light ammo with several weapons.)
