The Mobile Respawn Beacon is a survival item which summons a single-use Respawn Beacon.
Function
Using the Mobile Respawn Beacon allows the player to pick a spot to call it in, which must be outdoors with nothing above it. After 15 seconds the MRB will land and become usable. The MRB takes 7 seconds to use, up from the regular beacon's 5 seconds, and once used will crumble to pieces and become unusable. Like the regular beacon, respawned players will arrive on a Goblin dropship. The MRB's location is also visible on the minimap to all players in the match.
In Control, the Mobile Respawn Beacon can spawn in a Care Package as part of a timed event. The player who picks up the MRB is marked to the enemy team until the beacon is used. Once deployed, the user's team can select the MRB as a respawn point for the next 3 minutes.
