Royal Regiment is a Store Vault Event for Season 3 of Apex Legends Mobile.
Store Vault
During the Store Vault event, players can spend 
140 to attempt to obtain an event item from the loot pool. Duplicate items are converted into Store Vault Tokens, which can be redeemed for event cosmetics.
After opening the box a certain amount of times, the player can unlock milestone rewards:
