Gravity Lift effective cooldown

Hi, everyone!

Just so you know, we don’t have to put the effective cooldown on Horizon’s Gravity Lift. This is similar to how it works for Gibraltar’s Dome of Protection, which the effective cooldown is actually 42 seconds, but it only displays 30. The effective cooldown of Gravity Lift may be 25 seconds, but the actual cooldown itself displays 15, which is what we put. Thanks and have a good day!
