The February 17, 2021 Patch is a minor server patch.
General
- Fixed an issue with
Heirloom Shards earned by completing the 
Anniversary Collection Event resetting Heirloom progress for normal 
Apex Packs (the progress towards 500 Apex Packs).
- Restoring heirloom progress to all affected players.
- Granted 5 free Apex Packs to all affected players.
