Storm Catcher is a location in Storm Point.
Lore
The island of Storm Point is beset by constant, powerful storms. To make the island more habitable, the IMC erected storm catchers to abate the storms and generate power for the nearby city of Suotamo. After the IMC's departure from the Outlands, the catchers fell into disrepair. One was eventually taken down by a local engineer to refurbish for spare parts, exacerbating the already fierce storms.[1]
