Second Chance

Second Chance is a Limited Time Takeover introduced in Season 8's War Games Themed Event.

Due to being a Takeover, Second Chance directly affects the Play Apex game mode rather than being in a separate mode selection.

Details

All Legends are pre-equipped with one Respawn Token. When a Legend dies for their first time, they drop one Shield Cell, one Syringe, and a stack of ammo for the enemy's weapon that killed them; they also automatically use their Respawn Token, respawning directly above the location where they died with all their items. Successive deaths act as usual. The Respawn Token may also be used manually when Bleeding Out.
