The Shield Cell is a regen item which can be used to restore 25 shields.
Function
Using a Shield Cell takes 2.5 seconds, and restores 25 shields instantly once the use time is complete. While in use, the player's movement speed is reduced by 40%, and the player cannot sprint, interact with map features, fire their weapons, or use most abilities unless the Shield Cell's use is completed or canceled. Certain tactical abilities are able to be used simultaneously. 
Support Legends can move at full walk speed while healing in Battle Royale.
A single Shield Cell can be used to charge a Sentinel, boosting its damage for a limited time. While wearing a Level 4 
Helmet in Battle Royale or Level 4 
Body Shield from Care Package in Control, the Shield Cell restores 50 shields, doubled from its base restoration.
In Battle Royale, all players start with 4 Shield Cells in their inventory, and as a loot item, they always spawn in groups of 2. In Mixtape modes (Control, Gun Run, Team Deathmatch, Lockdown), all players have an infinite amount of Shield Cells.
