Dual Shell is a hop-up item which allows weapons to reload two shots at a time. It is no longer a standalone item, but it was compatible with the 30-30 Repeater and the Mastiff Shotgun.
Function
Dual Shell allows the 30-30 Repeater and the Mastiff Shotgun to reload two shots at a time, rather than one at a time.
