Skullpiercer Rifling is a hop-up item which increases damage dealt by headshots. It is no longer a standalone item, but it was compatible with the 30-30 Repeater, the Longbow DMR, and the Wingman. A variant of the hop-up, the Skullpiercer Elite, was found integrated into the Care Package variant of the Wingman.
Function
The Skullpiercer Rifling increases the 30-30's headshot multiplier by 0.25 and the Longbow's by 0.35.

The Care Package Wingman's Skullpiercer Elite instead causes the Wingman to ignore the damage mitigation qualities of the 
Helmet, allowing it to always deal 95 damage on a headshot.
