The Devotion LMG, or Devotion, is a fully-automatic light machine gun that utilizes Energy Ammo.

It has a unique RPM acceleration mechanic: the longer the Devotion is fired continuously, the faster its fire rate will become, up to a cap. Its hipfire will also become more accurate as it accelerates.

Being a Supply Drop Weapon it can only be found in Care Packages, is equipped with all of its highest rarity attachments, and cannot equip foreign ammo, having 324 total shots at its disposal. It also comes pre-equipped with Turbocharger, which causes the RPM acceleration to reach maximum faster.

Being an LMG, the Devotion is affected by Rampart's Modded Loader Passive ability.

Lore

“	The Devotion demands something different from its handler than most weapons: commitment. A cyclical, energy-assisted firing action increases its rate of fire the longer its trigger is held. This added "spin-up" time can make the Devotion a risky choice in heated situations. However, upgrading it with a Turbocharger hop-up decreases its spin-up significantly and makes the fealty worthwile.
